I agree entirely with your assessment and am so disappointed in CNN for wasting time and space with this farce. - Why not have the experts you mentioned on hand? - Why not run the show live with audience participation and feedback? - Why run it against the Olympics? - Why not spend more than 11 seconds explaining what a botnet is? Oh, my god! I'm the social media and tech trainer for newsrooms across the United States. In this role (I do this as a Society of Professional Journalists module presenter) I am awakened to the reality that many smart people don't get tech and it's related issues. This show astonished me in it's pervasive ignorance on the part of elected and government officials. *Witness how they talked about controlling 'logging on' to the Internet.
